When you send an enquiry

BRO’$ FITNESS collects your name, mobile number, optional email, enquiry interest, optional message, submission time and consent to contact you. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include health records, payment details or other sensitive information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are accessible to authorised gym staff through a protected inbox. The production service is designed to store enquiries in MongoDB Atlas. Enquiry records expire after 90 days and disappear from the inbox at expiry. MongoDB removes expired records in the background. Short-lived operational logs may record request timing, route and errors; enquiry contents are not intentionally logged.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry is optional. You can ask the gym to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or stop contacting you, by messaging @bros.fitness__ or visiting 1st Floor, KD Tower, Kumher Gate, above Domino’s, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. Include your enquiry reference if you have it.

Cookies and external links

The website does not add its own advertising or analytics cookies. Selecting a reel loads an Instagram embed, which connects your browser to Instagram and may use cookies under Meta’s privacy policy. When enabled, Google Maps photos and reviewer images connect your browser to Google. These services receive normal connection data, such as your IP address and browser information. External links open services with their own privacy policies. An administrator’s access key is kept only in page memory for the current session.

This website accepts enquiries only. It does not collect payment information or confirm a membership, appointment or supplement order.
